I accidentally bought this phone for a friend who I thought was under Sprint, but it turned it they were under a different phone company. I requested a refund right away, and the Swappa staff and the seller refunded me in less than 24 hours from the request. Thank you all so much!

Shipping Policies

Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.

Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
