Overall good so far, although it would have been nice if it was divulged to me that the item was not going to include a sim card tray/holder. I had to buy a replacement sim tray/holder which I would have ordered sooner had I known it wasn't going to be included.

The seller was very responsive. some flakiness of the fingerprint scanner which the seller offered to replace the phone, or extend the warranty on the fingerprint scanner alone for a year. Elected to use warranty extension. many thanks for excellent support and a resonabley priced refurbished phone.

Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.

Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
