Phone as described. Was sent wrong charger but the seller quickly sent the correct one.
Sold me a "mint" condition phone that had been repaired before. The repair work wasn't done correctly and the screen started to come away from the phone body. When I contacted the seller, they said that it looked "mint" to them, and that I was out of luck. Buyers beware this group! There are too many other options out there to take a chance with people like these.
Almost as described, the fingerprint sensor didn't work but the seller offered a refund

So far I have been very satisfied in my dealings with Swappa. I have only ordered phones with a rating of "Good," and I have received high quality products.

Shipping Policies
Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.
Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
