The phone did not charge. I was very worried because I already started the backup process when the phone finally died. However, the seller responded quickly, sent a return label, and refunded my money. Also, assured me that all personal information will be deleted and will send a video while doing so. Although I was very angry initially, I recognize they have a very good customer service and they resolved the issue.
