Phone came in, worked for a few days before I had issues with the phone. Contact the company to see what could be done and they provided a quick response with options of a refund or exchange! Mailed the phone in and am expecting the phone soon! Very pleasant experience!
Shipping was faster than expected. This was great except the updates/notifications didn't give me a heads' up and I was out of town. This probably was not the fault of Swappa or the seller. I've had great experiences with Swappa and will continue to use.

Your order will be mailed out within one business day via USPS first class (3-5 business days from date of shipment).
Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.
Important Note: We can only ship to the address used in paypal during checkout.
If an address is change is necessary or you need to cancel the order we will refund your payment minus the PayPal fees (this is due to a recent change to PayPal policy where sellers are charged the full fee amount of 3.5% +$0.35 after all refunds).
We do NOT accept freight forwarding orders.
