There was a problem getting the first phone to work on my network but the customer service was excellent and an exchange was sent. The new phone works great, but it does have a noticeable dead pixel. Overall, I'd say the customer service experience was mostly excellent, but I'm a little irritated about the dead pixel.

Orders placed on Friday after 9am will ship on Monday via USPS.
