I needed to return this phone and the process could not have been easier. The seller provided a return label and refunded me once the phone was received. Highly recommended!

Received a phone with sticky stuff that cleaned out with rubbing alcohol. This stuff was also in the volume controls making it very hard to actuate them having to use unusual force to do so. I use my phone for work, so returning/swapping/paying line changing fees, was too much of an unnecessary hassle. Paid $60 additional dollars for a local specialist to clean out the buttons and get them functional again. Very negative first-time experience with swappa and their vendors.

The phone came in great shape..only issue was when I put my sims in..I wasn't able to automatically use my phone..I had to take it to my service provider and have them set it up.

The shipping was pretty quick despite a little mistake on the mailing part but the wait wasn't a disappointment, the description is pretty much everything that needs to be said and from the packaging it was fairly packaged well that its enough to protect it without the box. Overall I really like the phone, it really looks as if its new so this was worth the price, (though tax is annoying).

I wish I had the opportunity to select two thumbs down, but I guess one will have to do. I would definitely never buy from this seller again. Unfortunately, the phone I received had been reported lost or stolen. The sellers may not have been aware and I don't fault him for that, but at the same time he was neither very cooperative nor as responsive as I would have expected. The true character is often revealed under pressure and I don't care for this sellers reveal.

Product arrived quickly and in very good condition. Everything tested out fine...no issues. I would buy from this seller again
