Battery condition appeared correct after latest iOS update, phone arrived in bubble wrap packaging, no box, shipped in envelope. Deep scratches noted towards the top of screen and around the speaker grill not previously disclosed and easily felt with fingernail, phone was not entirely clean and dirt noted on speaker grill. Residue around edge of screen stuck between frame of the phone and the screen, not easily removable. Device appears similar, but not the same condition as the advertised device.
