Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order swiftly and reliably! All orders enjoy free UPS Ground Shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states. Depending on the size or type of item, we may opt for USPS Standard —this choice is entirely up to us based on what’s best for your package. Once it’s on its way, we’re not responsible for any delays that might pop up during transit.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders ship same day before 1pm EST or within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it’ll head out the door on Monday, barring federal holidays. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 1-4 business days. Note that some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Address Rules

We’ll only send your order to the address you provide at checkout.

Freight Forwarding & International Mail Services

If you’re using a freight forwarding or international mail forwarding service, we’ll deliver to the exact address you specify at checkout. After it’s delivered there, our responsibility ends—we can’t control or guarantee what happens once the forwarding service takes over.

30-Day Warranty & Return Policy

Your warranty and return window begins when your order is marked as delivered by the carrier and lasts for 30 days. Keep in mind that certain PayPal fees may not be fully refundable, depending on the transaction.

How Returns Work

If you need to send something back, we will provide a pre-paid return label and clear instructions. Once you receive the label, please ship the item back within 3 business days to remain eligible for a refund.

Defective Devices

Should your device show any signs of a defect, contact us right away before attempting any fixes yourself. Unauthorized repairs performed after delivery will void the warranty, so let us handle it first.

Preparing Your Return

To process your refund, the device must be returned factory reset. If it arrives with account details still active, we’ll reach out with steps to remove them remotely. Your refund will be on hold until this is resolved and verified.

Device Verification

The device you return must have the exact IMEI or Serial Number as the one we originally shipped to you.

International Considerations

If the device leaves the United States after delivery, we won’t cover return shipping costs or provide a return label.
