There was an issue with the phone activation in that these older iPhones are specific to network type even when unlocked. This was missed by both seller (listing suggested all carriers) and myself (I didn’t check before buying). I rate the seller as positive for extreme patience and helpfulness through canceling the sale, resolving some return issues on my side, and granting the refund in a timely fashion.
