The device arrived in the condition described. The seller quickly provided tracking information although weather did cause some delays with receiving the device which is not the seller's fault. This item arrived marked by Apple’s system as “lost/stolen.” The seller, who is a trade-in dealer, provided proof that this item was not flagged by Apple when the item was traded in by the thief. The person who traded this device to them reported it lost/stolen after it was traded and likely received compensation for that, as well as their trade-in value from this business.
