Phone in even better condition than described. Battery was having issues, contacted them to pay half the cost to replace, and they exceeded expectations by paying 2/3 of cost. HOWEVER, though phone was sold as unlocked, it could not be activated on our carrier because original carrier would not unlock. Unfortunately, no comparable replacement phone available, so we returned phone.
