Really good experience getting my 10.5" iPad Pro. Although they mixed up their inventory (I purchased the space gray model, but apparently they only had the silver models left), they offered me a choice between a full refund or a discount. Recommended seller!

Even though something in Swappa's software screwed up and didn't copy the address correctly out of PayPal, the Buyback Boss promptly reshipped it after they received the return. The item shipped without a lightning cable or airpods, but I didn't see them specified either. It worked as planned with my service (Ting) that uses Sprint handsets. The only visible defects are in the aftermarket screen protector that came installed over the screen. Overall I was happy in the end.
