I received a faulty device that did not work completely as advertised, however, the refund process was done hastily and staff was fairly responsive and courteous, seemed like an honest mistake that was rectified, so thumps up for the service.

Item received in stated condition, no issues activating or using the phone, will one odd occurrence, it lost service when it should not have, rebooted phone everything seems ok, will watch for the issue. Provider answered any questions in a very timely manner, no issues.
