The device was in Mint condition as described. Unfortunately, the device was disabled by Tmobile because it was not paid off. I had to use 3 different IMEI checkers to find this issue and had to call TMobile twice. I wish this issue was avoided, to begin with. Fortunately, the seller promptly sent me a return label and I am waiting for my refund to complete. The customer service is very good.
