Shipping was good however it's not the device as said in the listing. The screen does not acknowledge the pen. The pen tip was smashed in and I had to pull it out. The biggest problem is that it is not a Mobile Data tablet but a WiFi only! I had it in Tmobile the day I got it and we all looked at it and it's WiFi only. It says in the listing "unlocked" referring to any mobile carrier.
