Due to the current Covid19 situation, the delivery took way more than I anticipated. However, it wasn’t the seller’s fault as the delay was from the USPS. The item that I received was exactly as described on the posting. Checked all the criteria that swappa suggests to check, and I’m very happy about the outcome. There was a hiccup when I was not able to update to the latest IOS version on this phone. The phone that I received was on IOS 14.3, but the latest version was IOS 14.6. The phone showed that it was already on a latest version. However, I was able to update it by putting the phone on recovery mode and connecting it to a computer. Then i pushed the update through the ITunes. Overall, seller was willing to help and clear up my concerns about the delayed shipment.

The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
