I received the phone and it works perfectly fine. However, there are a few permanent scratches. The seller gave me a little bit of a discount. However, I wasn’t very happy about it.

Not bad. Not the best. The pictures are purposely taken in a way that doesn't show all the small details. However, the description was accurate. I would use the seller again if I see improved pictures. I'm aware it is a used item; I'm just used to seeing more details on the defects I'm getting before purchase. Shipping time was also accurate.

A 14-day return policy is offered on all purchases. Due to recent PayPal changes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns and order cancellations. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
