The phones were delivered in mint condition, however one box was missing a phone back and one was missing ear buds. It took a couple weeks, but the seller sent us the missing parts and now the phones are perfect! Overall it was a great purchase!

Slow shipping and once the device was received they sent the wrong phone. I had to ship it back and wait for them to process the return and ship out the device I originally ordered which took about 2 weeks total after I ordered the device. Their customer service was responsive but everything took a long time and the fact I received the wrong device completely was not acceptable.

The phone came as advertised. It work great with one small exception...the charging port has lint in it or something that makes it hard to charge sometimes. It's a really common problem with an easy fix...any apple store can clean it out for free...so it's not a huge deal at all. Update...this is a bigger deal...the charging port is busted, not dirty. I'll update when the seller makes it right.

Shipping Policies


BREED ships via multiple carriers. All orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor the progress of the shipment. Please remember that the time it takes to receive your order includes the transit time with the carrier as well as the time it takes to process your order in the warehouse. Our goal is to process the order as quickly as possible; typically this means the same day or the next business day.

Return & Refund Policies


BEEED’s goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by BREED are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by BREED, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a BREED error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
