Got the phone, works fine but only problem im seeing that i can’t transfer the data from my previous iphone, it saying a different email but i just backed up from icloud even though its a very old back up???? but good phone and great packaging, thank you

Devices will be shipped within 1 business day in most cases. Devices are shipped with FedEx 2 Day. If you have a different preference, let us know on the sale page. We strive to ensure your device arrives as fast as possible, however there may be delays from the carrier's end.
Expedited requests are shipped with UPS Next Day for an extra $40. Please let us know on the sale page if you'd like to add on Next Day shipping.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are only accepted if there is an issue that was not described.
All devices are covered by a 30 day warranty. If a device has any issue within that time frame, it will be returned free of charge. This does not include accidental damage.
Change of address, buyer's remorse (before device being shipped), and other similar situations will be subject to a 5% fee, this 5% fee is charged to the seller (me) to issue any refund. This is a recent policy change by PayPal.
