Thanks, it's still working great as a replacement after my old logic board died.

Arrived on time, well packed, and in the described condition. After several months, has proven to work properly. Would buy from them again.

A bit of a delay in delivering and the power supply does not have the extension (which is kind of annoying but not a deal breaker!). Otherwise -- Computer is in much better shape than expected (it was marked "good" and it is probably more like a "great"). Many thanks!

Edit about two weeks later:
The vendor sent me the extension! Really nice especially that they didn't have to do it.
One comment: I discovered why it was marked "good" instead of "great" -- 1) The left speaker is a bit noisy. It is not a big deal for me (it works fine with headphones or external speakers) 2) The screen is kinda of "detached" in some parts (not clearly detached, just seems off at the edge). Again not a huge deal as I use a case and a screen protector that hold everything together.
At least now, I know why it was marked "good".

Overall, very nice computer -- fast and lots of disk space. Happy with the price and the fabulous costumer service!

The laptop has great specs, but the battery cycle count was underreported and there was a dent on the bottom that wasn't described or shown in photos.

The seller was responsive at first but then tried to make any resolution contingent on a positive review and stopped talking to me when I pushed back on the idea of using the review as a bargaining chip. I had to get Swappa support involved, at which point the seller STILL tried to require positive feedback as part of the resolution. Ultimately, I'm satisfied with the laptop and result but the seller made it a terrible experience.
