I have rated this sale as Neutral as the item arrived and is working as described. However, the seller did not ship the item nor provide shipping information within the Swappa shipping terms agreement (which is 2 business days after order). It was only after getting both Swappa support and PayPal support involved did seller respond.

Decided to go neutral cause the seller never gave shipping info, only after the cell arrived... on the other hand the device was as described. I would like to buy more, but I feel like it would not be for my benefit.

Received the item in 3 days via USPS priority mail and item was exactly as described! thank you!!

Worst seller I have ever Deal. Device was not unlocked as advertised. Send replacement unit that was not unlocked and was a Used scratched replacement. Accessories were used and tape together. Do not buy from this seller.

Neutral. Worked with seller to receive product as described. As a result I was without the device I purchase for more days than anticipated. On the other hand, after receiving the device the second time all worked as expected and as described.
Mistakes happen. I had to wait.
