I don't know why it took so long, but I received it today. First time, of three phones purchased, that all I got was a phone. I think they say you are not responsible for anything else in the "good" condition. The website says that bought on Tuesday, mailed on Thursday. That didn't happen. Some people are in a bind when they need a phone but can't afford a new one. I was lucky to have a nephew with extra phones for the time being. I've had it for 9 days. I'm not sure what obstacles came up, but this is the first time I've had to wait extra time for Swappa to deliver. Just feedback, not being a butt. The phone seems good, we'll see how it sets up.
