The phone initially found service, but after two different SIM cards and two visits to Sprint/T-Mobile, we figured it had to be the phone. Seller was super quick to respond and offered me options. I eventually returned the phone; they should receive it in two days; awaiting the refund.

Even though the phone we purchased could not work for us, the seller was spectacular in their assistance. I would highly recommend the the seller.

Fast Shipping, awesome seller, item was exactly as described in the ad and photos. Would definitely do business again. Phone was unlocked, in excellent condition, and I was immediately able to start using the phone after swapping my SIM card.
