The device was in great condition and arrived promptly. However, we experienced problems with its battery from the beginning: it would not hold a charge. All attempts to slow down battery drainage did not seem to work--the device would only hold a charge for a few hours. After 5 months of usage, the phone died, and the Apple store told us that the battery had swollen up and fried the phone, pointing to an old battery or prior exposure to water. We were able to purchase a replacement phone from Apple at a heavily discounted price. The seller was not honest about the condition/age of the battery and any issues with it and also lied about being the original owner.

Caesar was really great, he arranged an in person pick up and made sure that everything was satisfactory with the device when I received it.
