Shipping of the item was fast, well packed. It advertised as T-mobile cell carrier, but turned out it is Verizon's. To use call features the tablet must have Verizon's service. Even though it accepts T-mobile sim card it's not possible to use its call service. When contacted the seller he assured that the tablet should work with T-mobile but it doesn't. I'm frustrated because the main purpose of buying this tablet was mainly T-mobile service. I would rate 2 out of 5 stars for false advertisement.

Awesome service and got the ps5 in basically mint condition and it was very well wrapped for transport!

Received the item March 9th, device was in excellent condition! However the charger it was coupled with was 30w and was unable to be of use with the device as it needed a 65w charger I replaced it day after no prob, also as a side note, this device was said to be 512gb storage version it was 1tb which I was happy about! Thank you seller!
