I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER
iPhone 14 Pro Max The Phone will not shut down.
No screen functions. Phone just stays in emergency call mode. Seller recommended this; https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios. IT DIDN'T WORK. I wanted to send phone in for refund, Seller: "It's just a bug that can simply be fixed, no refunds" I showed them their refund policy. Seller: "but we won't return something like this that can be easily resolved". I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.
