Shipping was very fast, and visually the phone was perfect. However the phone had a damaged mic and couldn't make calls unless on "speaker". The problem could have been resolved quickly and painlessly, but the Seller would not respond in a timely manner causing more stress and doubt than necessary. Seller finally refunded the repair cost after I disputed (and escalated) the transaction via PayPal. I picked this Seller because of the feedback left by others, so I was surprised and disappointed the communication was so poor.

The shipping was fast, and the item is exactly as described. Very clean and in great condition! Besides that, there's a slight crack where the headphone jack is, though it's very tiny and only happens to be on the back cover (which is easily replaceable).

Otherwise, for some reason, upon turning it on for the first time, it appeared that the sound wasn't working. However, after rebooting, the sound was working no problem! I don't think it's necessarily an issue, I just wanted to give an account of my experience.

Overall, the item is in great shape and came fairly quickly. Great service! Would definitely do it again.
