The original phone I purchased had to be returned because it had a faulty screen. Upon contacting the seller I was told to return the defective item and they would exchange it for a comparable model. They did so in a timely manner and am satisfied with the replacement, so far.

Excellent item worked great once I got the right Technician at Verizon. Smooth transaction and great communication, packaging and shipping. My only suggestion when there is no charger that should be indicated in the description. I luckily had one but if not I would not have been able to be sure the phone worked.
