I really appreciated that when the original phone had a problem, they provided a replacement quickly.

A lot of communication issues with this seller. Phone shipped late, needed a battery replacement upon arrival. Seller refunded for replacing it locally. Happy it was all resolved, but the process could have been a lot smoother if they responded to messages and e-mails in a more timely manner.

A delay in shipping due to mailman. Seller communicated and device arrived as stated. thank you
