Going to have to return phone because sos mode can't be fixed by tmobile
Everything depicted in the listing was correct. I am worried about removing the protective screen that is on the phone and revealing a scratch and then voiding the warranty. It would be nice to see the phone without a protective screen to get a 100% honest image.
