The phone is FINANCED according to AT&T representative. There is a balance on the phone and there is a chance that it could be blocked from being able to use it in the future. Also, charging cable included was a USB-C but this phone uses a microUSB cable. There is also a small dead pixel on the screen that was not mentioned about. Seller was cooperative in dealing with this situation. Phone was received quickly, but I wish the pictures represented the condition of the phone better. Seller did accurately describe the condition of the phone in text.
