I received a phone that wouldn't take a charge. Although the company was good about refunding me and communicating without a hassle it did take over a week to get everything situated. It was a huge hassle to find a different phone and call my carrier again. I'm also out money for a SIM card ($50) which they wouldn't give me any credit for. Really bummed this didn't work out.
