This was the first time I had bought a preloved phone from someone other than a dealer. It was the BEST thing I ever did!! The seller was very communicative and reassuring about the entire purchasing process. I’m so enthralled with my phone. Other than a battery health of 87% (the phone is from 2017–so normal bat. wear), it looks and functions like brand new; point in fact it has a better battery life than my last iPhone which I bought (new) in December. Phone arrived in two days, the packaging was very well done and clear instructions included on for setup. My husband is so impressed with the whole experience, he’s ready for his phone upgrade.
