I had purchased a phone when I received it there was a problem with the screen I messaged them about the problem and they said to send it back and they would send me a replacement they were quick about sending me a new one I didn’t have any problem with them not taking it back. I sent the phone back and received a new phone it’s in perfect condition I’m happy with my purchase the only thing is that when I had to return the device I had to pay out of pocket no one offered a discount or offered to pay for my return I had to pay $13 to send back!

The phone I originally ordered got shipped to the wrong address they were quick to get me a replacement, which had the exact specs of the original phone. They shipped it out the same day I called so it got to me super fast and the phone looks like I bought it straight from apple!
