Screen was completely scratched

Phone looked like it had never been used, absolutely incredible

Condition was better than expected. The phone runs beautifully and I can’t believed I got it for half of the retail price, while it works like it’s brand new. The only thing I would suggest is including battery health in the sale listing but that is minor compared to all pros. The charger and box allow you to have that “brand new phone” experience and shows that they go above and beyond and give extra care. I will use Adopt a Phone if I decide to upgrade in the future. Thank you guys!!!

I received a deactivated phone which didn't work and had to return. Took a while to be refunded.

XSmax iphone was in mint condition but had unpaid balance from prior owner and could not activate. Adopt-a-Phone issued a full refund and will consider them again in future even though disappointed this time.
