I ordered a phone listed as “mint condition,” but it arrived to me with visible damage and evidence of use. I asked for a refund and was initially offered a $10 refund to go towards a case to cover the damage (which was a pretty frustrating and insulting offer. why would i want to keep a damaged phone that is not what i payed for??) Eventually we were able to process the full refund but I had to pay for return shipping despite the fact that this was the seller’s fault. After leaving a negative review I did receive a shipping reimbursement. Though I appreciate the corrective action, my experience was still negative overall.
