The phone got lost within usps, seller did offer to ship replacement after a few back - and - forth emails.
Absolutely love my new phone, best price, easy process, priority shipping with tracking, and the phone came with charger, a pock socket, and a screen protector already installed which is a plus. Definitely will come back for future phones.
