Phone came in described condition
Ordered a phone 8/15/25 and got told today 8/21/25 that they unexpectedly ran out of stock of the phone. Why did it let me place the order in the first place? Why did it say it had created a shipping label since Monday?

Unfortunately, this phone, while listed as unlocked, is only compatible with the Verizon network and not with my Tello MVNO which operates off of T Mobile. Also, there is a large gouge in the body of the phone: the phone was listed as being in "Mint" condition both physically and functionally, and this is NOT mint! I would like to return the phone for a refund, please. Thank you. - Michael Gunn
