The laptop was received with a password that was not given to me. I had to do a hard rest myself in order to access it. I hoped it would be a little cleaner, but it seems to be in the exact condition as stated. Everything else seems to be just fine. It was packaged up great so no damage would be done in the shipping process. Thank you
