Watch arrived exactly as pictured. Shipping time was roughly 5 business days. I'm very pleased. This is my second Swappa purchase.

When I first got it, it was thought to be perfect. I turned it on, signed in, turned it off and didn’t use it for two months bc I was sick. The battery is shot. It won’t charge unless drained 100%. Beware. He made his problem mine.

Verizon had issues - which were ultimately resolved with an in-person visit to a Verizon Store - that were not the seller's fault. In the end, the phone was activated and works fine.
