Phone in fantastic condition

Phone arrived quickly and works good. However, purchased this phone specifically because it was listed as "Mint Condition" and described as " without any wears". Well the phone has a pretty large scratch on the top right to middle of the screen and a nice big ding out of the metal edge at the bottom of the screen. Still works, but not really as described here in the listing. It should have been listed in the "Good" category with a bit more description. When I list devices for sale I note even the smallest of stuff like that and let the buyer decide if it's a big deal.

iPad works but the packaging was pretty bad. Device was sitting in a box, all corners touching, no real padding. Seller did not response when concerns were shared. Would not buy from again.

Phone was delivered quickly and in great working condition.
