First time using this Swappa is kind of confusing. I don't know the shipping method? I don't know when will be shipped? I don't know if was charged by payPal or other credit card that I used. Too many confusion

The phone shipped on time , it was listed as a new in the box,but it has a small dent at the bottom corner with previous contact numbers which tells me that it is not new. for the quality of the phone i would rate it 3 out of ten. in general it is $ 50 phone, so I got what I paid for. Phone can be used for WIFi connection.
