All of the samsung devices that I bought from Winston would not update. The software on all 7 phones that I purchased from him had OS from late 2017, and when trying to update in Dec 2018, the phone would say that it has the latest update. Seller did not provide help at all!

This os the 2 i bought from them very reliable.

My impression is that the seller is a decent person. Some mistakes were made and they handled it poorly, but I don't think it was intentional. Just unfortunate. At the end of the day, things worked out... just a lot of frustration along the way.

Overall satisfied with the sale. The seller did unfortunately drag their feet a little on the shipment. A shipping label was created, but the item wasn't actually handed off to the USPS for over 4 days. The phone itself seems to be in good working order and didn't have any major blemishes so I am pretty satisfied with the item I purchased.
