Phone had banned IMEI. Seller made no apology and no offer to pay return shipping. They did promptly refund the order once they received it back.

Phone was in fine physical condition and worked for the first hour or so. After a while, the phone lost all signal and could not connect to my network. Brought the phone into Apple and they saw this was the second time this phone was brought to Apple with this issue. Thankfully, the phone was still under warranty and I was able to get a replacement at no cost to me. I was surprised to see the phone had a history of losing the network, especially since it was categorized as 'mint,' but all is well that ends well.

The seller was incredibly responsive when I had questions about shipment, even outside standard work hours. Despite the hiccup, I know I would have been in good hands with Swappa's policy to stand by the product description, especially since the seller has a good history.
