Phone did not power up to the start screen, just kept rebooting.
Seller responded quickly, had me return the phone and refined my purchase price from him.

Very shady seller... purchased an HTC One M7 from this person. Received it with a broken camera, so I contacted HTC, who tried for an hour to help me fix the issue and determined it to be defective. I contacted the seller to try to return it, waited a few weeks but never heard back. Eventually, had to file a "Buyer's protection" claim via PayPal (who also made me contact the seller again, and again, no response...). Escalated the refund request to a claim, then seller finally responded to PayPal (never to me). Eventually got my refund (PayPal ruled in my favor), but way too big a headache, and very difficult to contact this guy... I'd advise avoiding purchasing from this seller at all costs, or purchase at your own risk, knowing that if anything is wrong, you've got a long road ahead before getting a refund (if you can get one at all).

Awesome seller bought iphone in "good" conditions and when i received i was happily surprise the phone look better than the actual pictures. Definitely a great purchase.I recommend this buyer 100% .

Well the samsung galaxy s5 did not come factory reset, so i had the previous owner's pictures, videos and address. Then again the ad didn't say it would reset the phone. Condition wise it was actually pretty good, minor scuffs nothing major.
