Arrived in good condition, as advertised

Seller unknowingly sold me a phone that had been flagged as unsellable (at&t). I received a full refund and they covered return shipping in a reasonable amount of time. I am sure they will be checking for that issue moving forward as they had to eat the shipping charges. The phone was in GREAT condition (for a good rating), so it did bum me out a bit, but stuff happens.

Didn't receive the phone as described being in "mint" condition, has a scratch and I was also not provided a charging cord. I asked for a cord to be shipped to me and the seller said he didn't have one. It should have come with one, it wasn't in the description that it was missing. He said to ship the phone back. I wanted to keep the phone, I don't like playing stupid little games. I asked to either ship me a cord or for the hassle of having to bother getting one to even test the phone, a slight refund to be able to purchase one. He wouldn't respond so I felt the need to escalate the issue to Swappa, only then did I get a refund to then get a charging cord.
If you post something to sell it, make sure you have everything to go with it or let it be known a cord is needed or if anything else is missing for that matter. Or a scratch, that is NOT "mint" condition, and the price then should be dropped a bit. Don't think I'll be using this site again. Disappointed.
