Phone wasn’t actually Verizon, but seller was prompt in response and refund. I think the error was unintentional and seller was professional in managing the problem.

The seller indicated that the phone has minor ware/scratches but did not specify that the screen was warped and made the user experience sub-par.. Otherwise the phone is in good shape but I'm disappointed with the seller neglecting to mention the distorted screen.
