The experience was very good. Received perfectly working phone within promised time.

Item did not initially ship within the stated time frame, so I had to contact the seller directly to initiate the process. Actual shipping on my item was extremely quick. Once received, I found that the item did not function with my particular SIM, which I then requested to return, without much hassle. My item shipped and it's receipt was confirmed by parcel tracking. Item description showed refund would process 2-5 days after receipt, but after the 7th day I had to message the seller again to confirm the receipt of my return and get my refund. Communications were friendly enough, but there seemed to be a lack of initiative in getting the ball rolling on various stages of my purchase.
