Only issue was delivery. A signature was required, which was fine, but the package kept being delivered between 11 and 3, a time in which I would never be home due to work. I tried to ask Fed Ex to hold it at the building for me to come in person and sign after work, but they were unable to due to the shipper's rules. This made it really difficult for me to receive the package without missing work.

Excellent service & product

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8 on Swappa from seller Pangea_Deals on Oct 23rd 2019 for 198.00. By February 9th 2020. The device stopped working completely. When I reached out to Pangea_Deals they stated: "Please know that our system does not allow replacements or exchanges and we only offered 90 days return period for devices purchased before 12/12/2020." My suggestion stay away from this company if you're looking to purchase a devise.
